Tomi Makanjuola is a Nigerian-born chef, blogger, and author living in London with a never-ending love for food, travel, writing, and cooking. Eight years ago, Tomi changed from a meat-based diet to a vegan diet. She explored new vegan recipes and shared them on a blog.
