How to use music to reduce stress
Noel Anderson began writing songs and singing before she could read and write. Her passion for music blossomed into a music therapy career that has taken her around the world.
After earning her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, she founded Anderson Music Therapy, whose mission is to “use evidence-based music therapy, art therapy, and counseling to empower our clients to overcome those barriers and be their best selves at home, work, and in the community.”
