Kathryn Goldman is an intellectual property attorney and the editor of Creative Law Center, a legal blog that offers advice to creative professionals. She writes about how writers, artists, and entrepreneurs can protect and thus profit from their work. Kathryn believes it’s essential for creative professionals to know their rights so they can stay out of court.
Kathryn served as the Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Maryland State Bar Association 2011-2012, and since 2012 she’s been recognized as a Maryland Super Lawyer. In addition to protecting artists in court, Kathryn lectures at Hood College and Stevenson University.
