What is an energy coach?
An energy coach is a guide or counselor who helps people heal their energy and get to the root of whatever issue has held them back from their goals. They thoroughly understand how energy works, including chakras and auras. During a typical session, the coach will assess their client’s energy, help them with emotional, physical, and spiritual issues, and then heal their energy to gain clarity and confidence.
For example, if you want to pursue a career change but can’t seem to take action, or the efforts you’ve taken haven’t yielded the outcome you desire, the coach will help you begin to unravel the role your energy is playing in your issue. Once you’ve identified the energetic blockage, the two of you will strategize ways to heal it.
There are a few ways to heal energy:
- Perform energetic healing such as pranic healing or reiki.
- Use writing exercises and guided meditations to work through emotional issues draining your energy.
- Use physical activities to help move energy through your body.
The methods a coach uses depend on their client’s needs. Most people seeking energy coaches understand something is holding them back in their lives. They may not pinpoint precisely what is holding them back, but they feel an energetic blockage. It may show up as frustration, fear, anxiety, a physical ailment, or a feeling of disconnection from their life or their higher power. An energy coach will help them identify, clear, and heal the blockage.
How much do spiritual coaches charge?
Spiritual coaches, like life and wellness coaches, usually base their fees on the level of transformation the client can potentially experience. The more excellent the opportunity for an effective change, the higher the price. This means the more expensive a coaching service, the more invested and committed coaches expect their clients to be.
For high ticket programs and services, spiritual coaches will often require an application process to help ensure they work with highly motivated clients and are committed to their transformation.
How much is a coach per hour?
Hourly fees will vary depending on the coach. You can typically expect to see hourly rates anywhere between 100 to 500 dollars.
How do spiritual coaches make money?
Spiritual coaches make money by offering courses, webinars, one-on-one sessions, group coaching, speaking engagements, and writing books. Because their income depends on having a loyal client base, coaches invest most of their time building a top-notch team to help serve their clients and run their business.
